Senior Power Platform Lead Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead low-code digital transformation projects across various teams and business units.

• Take ownership of the comprehensive strategy, architecture, and enterprise governance for custom Power Platform solutions.

• Design and implement intricate Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven), advanced Power Automate workflows, and scalable Power Pages.

• Create and manage robust Dataverse solutions to ensure secure and efficient data handling.

• Set up and oversee Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps.

• Work collaboratively with global teams on impactful digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of enterprise-level experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.

• More than 2 years of industry experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors.

• Extensive technical knowledge in Power Fx, custom connector development, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy governance.

• Proficient in SQL Server / Azure SQL integration, REST API utilization, and configuring On-Premise Data Gateways.

• Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and commitment to agile delivery.

• Comprehensive understanding of the distinctions between “coding” and “engineering.”

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Advanced proficiency in oral English.

• Advanced skills in Spanish.
