Senior Power Platform Developer – Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tunisia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical liaison for enterprise clients.

• Facilitate solution design workshops.

• Establish governance strategies for the Power Platform and recommend industry best practices.

• Design, develop, and construct intricate Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps featuring advanced business logic, custom PCF components, and responsive designs.

• Architect comprehensive Power Automate cloud and desktop (RPA) workflows.

• Ensure optimal workflow performance, effective error handling, and seamless API integration.

• Model secure and scalable relational data structures within Dataverse.

• Create custom connectors and integrate REST APIs with Azure services, SAP, or Microsoft 365.

• Uphold CoE Starter Kit standards, managed solutions, and DLP policies.

• Implement automated ALM deployment pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Independently lead technical workstreams and architectural discussions.

• Propose scalable low-code/no-code ecosystem solutions directly to enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced Senior Power Platform Developer / Architect with a strong consulting perspective.

• Capable of working autonomously and delivering architectural value from the outset without internal oversight.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and engage with C-level stakeholders.

• Proficient in converting business requirements into technical solutions.

• Proven history of managing end-to-end Power Platform implementations in complex, high-security enterprise settings.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power BI integration, and custom connector development.

• Practical experience with Power Platform CLI, solution packaging, and CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment deployments (Dev/Test/Prod).

• Familiarity with CoE Starter Kit standards, managed solutions, DLP policies, and ALM deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Experience in designing custom components (PCF), REST API integrations, and working with Azure services, SAP, or Microsoft 365.
