This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Oversee and govern enterprise environments of Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Administer development, testing, and production environments, including provisioning, configuration, security, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and enforce DLP policies and manage connector governance.
• Handle security roles, permissions, access controls, and service accounts.
• Manage Dataverse security, capacity, auditing, and environment settings.
• Implement, configure, maintain, and monitor the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit.
• Establish governance standards, policies, guardrails, and environment strategies.
• Monitor platform health, usage, capacity, performance, and adoption metrics.
• Manage Dataverse database, file, and log capacities.
• Support ALM, solution deployment, Power Platform pipelines, and enterprise deployment processes.
• Oversee connectors, connection references, gateways, custom connectors, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.
• Assist with licensing, capacity planning, service agreements, and procurement activities.
• Maintain auditing, analytics, inventory, and administrative reporting.
• Facilitate citizen developer programs through governance, security, development standards, and operational guidelines.
• Identify abandoned, inactive, orphaned, or noncompliant applications, flows, environments, and connections.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to platforms, environments, connectors, gateways, access, and deployments.
• Create and sustain SOPs, governance documentation, and technical records.
• Uphold change and configuration management procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, SharePoint administrators, architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Present both technical and governance concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting, consultation, governance advice, and mentoring junior staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with enterprise-scale systems or platform administration is required.
• Practical experience in administering, managing, configuring, securing, and governing Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise setting.
• Experience with multiple Power Platform environments and enterprise applications across development, test, and production stages.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Proficient with Power Platform Admin Center and environment administration.
• Experience in formulating and managing enterprise Power Platform environment strategies.
• Familiarity with DLP policies, connector classification, and connector governance.
• Comprehension of Dataverse administration, security roles, permissions, capacity management, auditing, and environment configurations.
• Experience in deploying, configuring, and managing the Microsoft Power Platform CoE Starter Kit.
• Knowledge in monitoring platform usage, health, capacity, performance, and adoption rates.
• Understanding of Power Platform licensing, capacity, and service limits.
• Experience in supporting ALM, solutions, environment variables, connection references, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Power Platform pipelines and enterprise deployment methodologies.
• Experience in administering on-premises data gateways and supporting enterprise data-source connections.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, service accounts, authentication, and role-based access controls.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server, and their integration with Power Platform.
• Ability to utilize PowerShell and other administrative tools for automation, monitoring, and reporting purposes.
• Understanding of governance, security, compliance, auditing, and change/configuration management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Capability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Power Platform environments, access, connectors, gateways, and deployments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in conveying technical and governance concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, architects, security teams, administrators, and business stakeholders.
• Aptitude for mentoring, coaching, and developing junior staff members.
• Eagerness to stay updated on Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, AI/Copilot, security, governance, and emerging technologies.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) or Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600).
• Must successfully pass a background check to qualify for a Public Trust position.
