Senior Platform Manager, EDT Solution Delivery AEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive platform ownership and delivery for Stryker's Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service environment.

• Take charge of the AEMaaCS platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle across AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Dynamic Media, MSM, and TIF.

• Oversee architecture governance for component libraries, page templates, blueprint/live-copy configurations, and language-copy rollouts.

• Drive the migration from AMS to AEMaaCS, reduce technical debt, and promote out-of-the-box adoption.

• Ensure seamless integrations between AEM and Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe WebSDK, Marketo, Adobe Target, and Adobe Real-Time CDP.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines, code quality, release management, and deployment schedules.

• Assess and implement built-in generative AI capabilities under AIOC governance.

• Ensure adherence to IT QMS, SOX, CSV, Global Change Control, privacy/consent regulations, and cybersecurity standards.

• Lead, mentor, develop, and retain full-time employees, contractors, and managed-service partners.

• Define team roles, plan for future departmental needs, guide employees on performance, and contribute to compensation decisions.

• Act as EDT's sole point of accountability for the AEM platform among marketing stakeholders.

• Manage program schedules, work breakdown structures, and integrated Gantt/roadmap views.

• Implement strategies for quality, risk, and procurement management for AEM projects and programs.

• Ensure smooth transitions from build to run and maintain stable production support operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.

• Over 10 years of professional experience in IT and/or digital application development, including leadership experience.

• More than 7 years of hands-on experience in delivering and operating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEMaaCS) solutions within a global enterprise context.

• At least 5 years of experience in leading MSM/translation strategies, DAM architecture, component-based design, and Adobe WebSDK integrations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing global system integrators and hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models.

• Over 5 years of experience with SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and IT QMS/regulatory compliance (including SOX, privacy, and consent).

• Experience with the wider Adobe Experience Cloud (including Analytics, Target, Real-Time CDP, and Commerce) is preferred.

• A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

• Adobe Certified Expert / Master certification is strongly preferred.

• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.

• Prior experience in the medical device, life sciences, or another regulated industry is preferred.
