This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead initiatives in collaboration with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners to enhance profitable growth by optimizing long-term value and managing costs.
• Act as a key strategic partner for the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams by delivering relevant insights aimed at driving Annual Contract Value (ACV) and revenue growth.
• Track leading indicators against forecasts and integrate insights into future booking projections.
• Collaborate with the product team on the roadmap, create business cases, and establish operational goals to evaluate launch and engagement success.
• Serve as a principal growth stakeholder for cross-functional business partners, including business operations, product, finance, and clinical operations.
• Enhance the GTM strategy and planning process by pinpointing key growth metrics, developing measurement tools and processes, and fostering cross-functional alignment.
• Assist in creating a scalable operating model for the GTM team, encompassing territory planning and account assignments.
• Suggest strategic investments in partner/vendor solutions to achieve growth objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, analytics, finance, and operations on pivotal GTM initiatives.
• Execute territory planning, market analysis, customer segmentation, booking and quota analysis, dashboard creation, and oversee cross-functional program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or other relevant/quantitative fields.
• Over 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales strategy, digital health, or related areas.
• Highly organized self-starter; take ownership to drive objectives and achieve desired results in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of distilling complex problems into key insights and leading a team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Experience in developing business and financial models to inform business decisions.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and engaging with senior leaders to secure support on strategic programs and long-term initiatives.
• Ability to guide various stakeholders and manage multiple projects with competing priorities that align with both short and long-term goals.
• Analytical and operationally minded, exhibiting sound business judgment to optimize resources and maximize value.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets required), including the ability to navigate multiple data sources to establish the right assumptions.
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset and adaptability in working hours to meet deadlines.
• Passionate about increasing access to high-quality mental health care.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Previous management consulting experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with B2B or B2B2C products and solutions.
• Background in healthcare or benefits strategy is advantageous.
• Knowledge of leading sales and marketing tools and technology stack (including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.) is a plus.
• Residing on the West Coast and working PST hours.
