This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and revise retirement plan documentation, encompassing restatements, resolutions, and amendments.

• Facilitate plan design discussions for new business clients.

• Offer plan design and documentation consulting to plan sponsors and advisors throughout the implementation process and on an ongoing basis.

• Prepare plan restatements and board resolutions.

• Proactively engage with plan sponsors, advisors, and other stakeholders to coordinate and follow up on plan design and provisions.

• Advise plan sponsors on discretionary amendments and create requested amendments.

• Draft mandatory interim amendments and restatements.

• Conduct analyses for plan mergers and protected benefits.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure proper setup of plans and compliance with current regulations.

• Support document-related projects as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proven experience in drafting plan documents and participant communications.

• Capability to regularly lead client and advisor calls, providing consultative feedback on plan establishment, design, and ongoing administration.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

• Outstanding client service and communication skills.

• QKA certification is preferred.

• Experience with FT William plan documents is preferred.

• Background in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative work environment.

• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

• Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Logical, efficient, and highly detail-oriented.

• Highly motivated individual.

• Ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and execute tasks.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• A distraction-free virtual workspace is required.

• Family care arrangements must be in place during business hours.

• Internet speed of 50 MBps or higher for individual use is necessary.
