This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and selecting candidates.
• Actively seek and identify radiology candidates across the nation to establish a continuous talent pipeline.
• Anticipate potential recruitment obstacles and formulate innovative strategies to enhance hiring results.
• Keep precise records of candidates and generate reports for practice leadership and key stakeholders.
• Organize in-person interviews at hospital locations and with physician practices.
• Collaborate with marketing on social media initiatives and external communications.
• Develop talent pipelines by engaging with specialty conferences, residency and fellowship programs, and industry events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and constructive feedback.
• Evaluate candidates through CV assessments and interview feedback to ensure clinical and organizational fit.
• Oversee candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System and across various job boards.
• Work together with practice leadership to evaluate staffing requirements and align with the organization's strategy.
• Serve as the candidate liaison throughout the contracting phase.
• Utilize both internal and external data/analytics to inform recruitment strategies and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with training and credentialing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transfer of information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and credibility with physicians, executives, and business partners.
• Ability to work independently while excelling in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Creative problem-solver with a proven history of developing innovative recruitment strategies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience is required.
• Recent hands-on experience in recruiting physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.
