Senior Philanthropy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with key supporters and potential philanthropists.

• Design and implement customized engagement strategies that enhance supporter collaborations and encourage generosity.

• Spot opportunities for significant contributions and strategic donor involvement.

• Work collaboratively with Compassion UK & Ireland to link supporters with impactful ministry initiatives.

• Assist in generating funds that enable more children to be liberated from poverty in Jesus’ name.

• Cultivate and manage important donor relationships.

• Encourage supporters to engage deeply with Compassion's mission and comprehend the effects of their contributions.

• Employ relationship management, strategic planning, and effective communication to foster long-lasting partnerships.

• Proven experience in managing and developing significant donor or philanthropic relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence others through effective relationship management.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to think strategically while providing outstanding supporter experiences.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly.

• Travel primarily concentrated in the South and South-East of England, with potential travel to other areas in the UK.

• Personal commitment to the Christian faith.

• Must possess the right to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship.
