Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.

• Oversee client expectations and guarantee satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services.

• Ensure that all delivered work meets or surpasses the expectations of clients.

• Develop project scope and objectives based on signed agreements with clients.

• Organize project activities, timelines, and interim milestones.

• Generate reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management.

• Create monthly reports that serve as a foundation for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance activities.

• Background in processing and quality reviewing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).

• Experience in writing or contributing to aggregate reports.

• Familiarity with literature screening and reconciliation.

• Expertise in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Project management experience in pharmacovigilance, preferably from a service provider or CRO.

• Background as a healthcare professional or a Life Science graduate.

• Proficient in communicating with senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations.

• Strong leadership skills in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving.
