Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.

• Oversee client expectations and ensure satisfaction with the services provided by PrimeVigilance.

• Guarantee that the work delivered meets or surpasses client expectations.

• Develop project scope and objectives based on signed agreements with clients.

• Organize project activities, timelines, and interim milestones.

• Generate reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports that serve as the foundation for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in pharmacovigilance activities, including ICSR processing and quality assessment.

• Experience in writing or contributing to aggregate reports.

• Proficient in literature screening and reconciliation.

• Skilled in preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Experience in pharmacovigilance project management, preferably within a service provider or CRO environment.

• Degree in Health Care or Life Sciences.

• Effective communication skills at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations.

• Leadership abilities encompassing planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving.
