Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end acquisition and retention strategies for international clients

• Create media and asset plans prior to each launch

• Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, X, and programmatic platforms

• Optimize campaigns focusing on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention

• Design and execute testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, structures, and bidding

• Document insights and analyze cross-platform performance

• Identify scaling opportunities and translate them into concrete actions

• Request and audit end-to-end tracking: pixels, SDKs, in-app events, and server-side conversions

• Collaborate with BI in defining KPIs, dashboards, and result interpretation

• Present results, advocate for recommendations, and propose next steps to clients

• Lead creative learnings derived from data

• Suggest improvements based on best practices and innovations

• Incorporate AI to automate reporting, analysis, and management

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years in performance marketing, with autonomous expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.

• Experience managing significant budgets and making strategic decisions

• Full-funnel planning: acquisition, activation, and re-engagement

• Proficiency in attribution, tracking, and cross-platform analysis

• Experience presenting results and recommendations to clients

• Advanced English proficiency

• Preferred: mobile acquisition and experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular)

• Preferred: active use of AI applied to marketing

• Preferred: current certifications in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or GA4

• Preferred: agency experience with fintech or app clients
