This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.
• Lead the paid acquisition initiatives.
• Oversee Google Ads accounts across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen, managing everything from strategy and structure to daily optimization.
• Develop and expand campaigns for the entire course portfolio as well as for new course launches.
• Administer budgets and bidding strategies targeting cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-enrollment metrics.
• Ensure the implementation of conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and attribution to support optimization for actual enrollments.
• Collaborate with external agency partners and Google representatives.
• Plan, initiate, and enhance Meta campaigns for both prospecting and retargeting efforts.
• Brief, evaluate, and refine ad creatives in partnership with design and content teams.
• Discover, test, and assess emerging advertising channels such as ChatGPT ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Execute a structured testing roadmap across various channels, audiences, landing pages, and creative assets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on paid performance from impressions to enrollments.
• Utilize HubSpot to link ad expenditures to lead quality and enrollment results.
• Construct AI-driven workflows and automations for reporting, audits, creative iterations, and campaign management.
• Work in conjunction with SEO, content, CRO, and program teams to enhance paid strategy and campaign activities.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct performance marketing experience, with Google Ads as the primary focus.
• Demonstrated history of managing substantial budgets and profitably scaling campaigns, ideally in lead generation, education, or B2C sectors.
• Proficient in Meta Ads.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM or a similar CRM tool.
• Familiarity with utilizing CRM data to improve campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
• Practical experience in developing AI-driven workflows or automations, such as with Make, Zapier, n8n, or AI assistants.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• C1 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Possess an analytical, experimental, ownership-driven, mission-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
• Fully remote work opportunity within Germany, Spain, or Austria.
