This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Take ownership of Google Ads accounts across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen from start to finish.
• Develop and expand campaigns for the entire course portfolio, including the launch of new courses.
• Oversee budgets and bidding strategies to meet CPL and cost-per-enrollment objectives.
• Ensure proper configuration of conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and attribution.
• Work collaboratively with external agency partners and Google representatives.
• Plan, initiate, and enhance Meta campaigns for both prospecting and retargeting efforts.
• Brief, test, and refine ad creatives in coordination with design and content teams.
• Identify, assess, and test new paid channels such as ChatGPT Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Execute a structured testing roadmap encompassing channels, audiences, landing pages, and creatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on paid performance from impressions through to enrollment.
• Utilize HubSpot to link ad expenditure with lead quality and enrollment results.
• Create AI-driven workflows and automation for reporting, audits, creative iteration, and campaign management.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, CRO, and program teams on paid strategy and campaign initiatives.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, particularly with Google Ads as the primary channel.
• Demonstrated success in managing substantial budgets and scaling campaigns profitably, preferably in lead generation, education, or B2C services.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or a similar CRM platform.
• Experience in leveraging CRM data to enhance campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution.
• Practical experience in developing AI-driven workflows or automations, such as using Make, Zapier, n8n, or AI assistants.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• C1 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• An analytical, experimental, ownership-driven, mission-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Fully remote work environment within Germany, Spain, or Austria.
• Up to 180 days per year spent outside of Germany, within Europe.
