This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Take full ownership of Google Ads accounts from start to finish, including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
• Develop and expand campaigns for the entire course portfolio, including the launch of new courses.
• Oversee budgets and bidding strategies in alignment with cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-enrollment objectives.
• Ensure proper configuration of conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and attribution.
• Collaborate with external agency partners and Google representatives.
• Strategize, initiate, and optimize Meta campaigns focusing on prospecting and retargeting efforts.
• Brief, test, and refine ad creatives in collaboration with design and content teams.
• Identify, experiment with, and assess emerging paid channels such as ChatGPT ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Execute a structured testing roadmap across channels, audiences, landing pages, and creatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on paid performance from impressions to enrollments.
• Utilize HubSpot to link ad expenditure with lead quality and enrollment results.
• Create AI-driven workflows and automations for reporting, audits, creative iteration, and campaign management.
• Coordinate efforts with SEO, content, CRO, program, and Admissions teams.
• Convert performance data into actionable recommendations for management and disseminate insights to the broader team.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct performance marketing experience, primarily focusing on Google Ads.
• A proven history of managing substantial budgets and profitably scaling campaigns, preferably in lead generation, education, or B2C services.
• Experience with Meta Ads is essential.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or a similar CRM, including using CRM data for campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution methodologies.
• Practical experience in creating AI-driven workflows or automations, for instance, using tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, or AI assistants.
• Native-level proficiency in German is required.
• Proficient in English at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Possess an analytical, experimental, ownership-driven, mission-focused, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work remotely from Germany, Spain, or Austria.
• Willingness to meet with the team in person at least twice annually in Berlin.
• Fully remote work environment available within Germany, Spain, or Austria.
