Senior People Success Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide coaching and guidance to managers across all levels, from C-suite leaders to novice managers.

• Align business objectives with people strategies.

• Manage performance evaluations, team reorganizations, career advancement, and maintain healthy boundaries.

• Address complex employee relations and performance challenges with consistency, empathy, and adherence to regulations.

• Assist remote teams operating in various countries and time zones.

• Utilize cultural insights and expertise in local labor laws.

• Lead quarterly projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop scalable frameworks for people management, cultivate cultural systems, and create performance tools.

• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Management, Learning & Development, People Projects & Insights, and People Partners.

• Report directly to the People Success Manager.

• Mentor colleagues and contribute to shaping the 2027 People Success initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a dynamic startup or scale-up setting.

• Practical knowledge of UK and Spanish labor laws and employment practices.

• Experience collaborating with Employers of Record (EORs).

• Capability to learn and navigate various labor law regulations.

• Proficient in supporting remote teams across different countries and time zones.

• Familiarity with asynchronous work methodologies.

• Daily proficiency in tools such as Slack, Notion, 15Five, and Deel.

• Eagerness to explore AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Strong English communication skills for meetings and asynchronous interactions.
