Senior People Partner, Technology & Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to innovate organizational structures, team configurations, and operational methods in a world accelerated by AI.

• Convert AI-related developments into strategic decisions regarding roles, skills, productivity, and team dynamics.

• Redesign and enhance People processes, including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, merit, and talent systems.

• Establish a strategic vision and ensure practical implementation.

• Anticipate future capabilities and proactively develop talent pipelines.

• Assist leaders in navigating uncertainty, making swift decisions, and fostering sustainable teams.

• Safeguard and enhance judgment, creativity, trust, and collaboration as AI evolves.

• Leverage data and insights to guide decisions while exercising sound judgment.
