This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main People partner for VP-level and senior leaders within Tech and Product departments.
• Develop relationships and influence decisions regarding organizational effectiveness, talent, and performance.
• Take ownership of and drive the people strategy for designated organizations.
• Convert business priorities into actionable plans and results.
• Oversee workforce planning, including organizational design, headcount strategy, and succession planning.
• Raise performance standards by reinforcing expectations, facilitating calibration discussions, and ensuring accountability.
• Coach and challenge leaders on performance management, employee relations, team effectiveness, and organizational change.
• Identify trends and root causes, designing scalable solutions that enhance organizational health and efficiency.
• Lead and assist with restructures, leadership transitions, and team realignments.
• Utilize data, insights, and feedback to inform recommendations and leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Development, Compensation, and People Operations.
• Enhance People programs and processes for scalability, consistency, and business impact.
• Report to the Sr. Manager, People Business Partner for Tech & Product.
• Willingness to travel to other US offices, as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience as a People Business Partner supporting senior leaders in Engineering and Product organizations.
• Proven capability to partner with VP-level stakeholders and higher.
• Strong coaching abilities to challenge and develop leaders at various levels.
• Demonstrated experience in leading organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Extensive experience managing complex employee relations and performance issues with sound judgment and a balanced approach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable people strategies.
• Capacity to operate independently, effectively prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while navigating ambiguity.
• Proven history of driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering results through others.
• Preferred: experience supporting Tech/Product teams during rapid scaling or organizational maturity.
• Preferred: success in leading large-scale, cross-functional HR programs beyond standard PBP responsibilities.
