Senior People Partner – Product & Functions

📋 Description

• Take charge of the people strategy for the Product organization and a range of global functions.

• Collaborate with leaders in product, design, and digital lending.

• Provide support to fraud, workplace, impact, and corporate communications and marketing teams across various markets and operating models.

• Play a role in team transformations, workforce planning, and organizational change.

• Establish the people management standards across the portfolio.

• Implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent in product, design, and analytics.

• Utilize people analytics to transform data into insights and actions.

• Handle employee relations matters, working alongside the ER Centre of Excellence on complex issues.

• Uphold M-KOPA’s values through performance, development, feedback loops, and rituals.

• Work closely with the Lead People Partner for Technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in HR business partnering with senior leaders in a scaling technology, fintech, or high-growth environment, holding portfolio responsibility.

• Familiarity with product, design, marketing, or analytics teams, along with an understanding of their structure, motivation, and retention strategies.

• Comfortable navigating between diverse teams, including design and fraud operations.

• Capable of shaping long-term strategies while executing day-to-day tasks.

• Proven experience supporting cross-cultural teams across various regions.

• Leverages data, influence, and judgment to guide leaders on trade-offs and risks.

• Proficient in managing employee relations issues across multiple jurisdictions.

• Exposure to Europe/UK is advantageous but not mandatory.
