This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Develop and enhance People systems, processes, and programs that support employees throughout their journey at RevenueCat.
• Facilitate global employment operations across EOR platforms, various employment models, benefits, immigration, compliance, and country-specific requirements.
• Assist in onboarding and act as the primary point of contact for common employee inquiries.
• Manage daily People Operations, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, employee data, lifecycle changes, and first-line employee support.
• Organize recurring People programs, such as new-hire feedback cycles and performance processes.
• Collaborate with EOR providers and external specialists on global employment, immigration, and country-specific inquiries.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and valuable People documentation and playbooks.
• Recognize opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage AI or automation to minimize repetitive tasks.
• Independently manage recurring People Operations workflows while proactively addressing needs, deadlines, and risks.
• Conduct operational research for hiring in new countries, including requirements, costs, timelines, benefits, and employment options.
• Revamp and automate essential People workflows, especially onboarding.
• Take ownership of employee data quality and enhance People systems and processes for precision, efficiency, and scalability.
• Contribute to shaping the growth of RevenueCat’s People Operations function and take charge of increasingly complex People programs and projects.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a related role within a fast-paced tech company.
• Practical experience managing employee data across HRIS, People systems, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and data integrity.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of reliably overseeing recurring operational processes.
• Resourceful and inquisitive; able to investigate unfamiliar topics, ask pertinent questions, engage experts, and work towards solutions.
• Interest in utilizing AI, automation, and thoughtful system design to decrease manual work and develop scalable processes.
• Excellent, warm, and considerate communication skills suitable for various audiences and written asynchronous formats.
• High level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee information and confidential processes with discretion and sound judgment.
• Experience supporting a remote team and utilizing Notion, Slack, and Zoom for remote collaboration.
• Ideally, experience with global workforce support, including Employers of Record (EORs) or employees across multiple countries.
• Experience in immigration or global mobility is a plus.
