This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as a reliable HR Advisor for both employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Cultivate relationships across the organization and promote a culture that is inclusive, engaged, and high-performing.
• Lead and provide support for employee relations issues.
• Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging.
• Assist with organizational change initiatives while managing the impact on personnel.
• Utilize employee feedback and insights to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Develop, assess, and uphold HR policies, protocols, and guidance.
• Ensure adherence to employment legislation and industry best practices.
• Guarantee the uniform application of company policies and people processes.
• Aid in performance management, absence management, and the processes for disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Maintain precise employee records and HR documentation.
• Enhance HR processes and implement solutions that are scalable.
• Monitor and report key metrics related to personnel for informed business decisions and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with managers and leaders by providing HR advice and coaching.
• Support the leadership in performance, development, engagement, and employee relations.
• Equip managers with the necessary tools and guidance to effectively lead their teams.
• Identify the needs for leadership and capability development.
• Source and organize external training providers, workshops, and learning opportunities.
• Assist with manager development initiatives and supply best-practice resources.
• Extensive HR knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations procedures.
• Proven experience in independently managing performance management processes.
• Background in coaching managers through performance-related issues and facilitating challenging discussions.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in influencing stakeholders and deriving solutions through dialogue.
• Approachable and confidential, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Understanding of inclusive, engaged, and value-driven workplaces.
• Competence in working with HR policies, protocols, guidance, employment legislation, and HR operations.
• Ability to assist in performance management, absence management, and the processes for disciplinary actions and grievances.
