This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the design and implementation of essential People programs and systems.
• Supervise the development and distribution of engagement surveys, onboarding processes, compliance measures, and systems/vendor renewals.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to ensure processes are consistent and efficient, aligned with business objectives.
• Drive enhancements in HR systems, automation, and reporting to boost accuracy and scalability.
• Track people metrics and create advanced dashboards to provide actionable insights for executives and the Board.
• Ensure that policies, processes, and systems remain compliant across various geographies, including small or newly established international teams.
• Assist in the integration of acquired employees into the People Operations lifecycle, covering systems, benefits, onboarding, and compliance alignment.
• Contribute to the growth of Paxos’s blockchain-based financial infrastructure business through leadership in People Operations.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in HR/People roles.
• 8–10 years dedicated to People Operations.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting and scaling organizations within high-growth environments, preferably in technology or regulated sectors.
• Background in integrating employees from acquired companies into HR systems and programs.
• Experience in supporting small or distributed international employee populations.
• Capability to navigate diverse compliance and operational requirements across different geographies.
• Outstanding analytical skills with advanced proficiency in modeling, interpreting, and presenting complex people data.
• Practical experience with HR systems; Workday is essential.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for reporting, analytics, and process enhancements.
• Experience in overseeing and executing HR programs throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to flourish in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
• Strong judgment and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to design and swiftly implement cross-disciplinary solutions.
• Proven track record of managing competing priorities and projects with timely, precise completion.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with advanced HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSHR) is advantageous.
• Exceptional listening skills with the ability to connect with, influence, and coach employees at every level.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as actively participate as a member of the business and People Team.
• Flexibility to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across teams, levels, and situations.
• Ability to operate within constraints while challenging the status quo.
