Senior People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable consultant for employees, managers, Directors, and Senior Directors in designated functions or regions.

• Offer business partnership and coaching to leadership to enhance talent motivation, development, and retention.

• Collaborate throughout the talent lifecycle, covering performance reviews, performance management, talent calibrations, promotions, compensation assessments, and succession planning.

• Provide Employee Relations support and guidance to leaders during performance management activities.

• Assist in the strategy for talent and leadership development and the implementation of enablement resources.

• Partner in organizational design and the planning and execution of change management.

• Enhance efficiency by creating, operationalizing, and standardizing processes and policies.

• Convert People strategy outputs into scalable operational actions.

• Establish feedback mechanisms for people initiatives, programs, and Centers of Excellence.

• Collaborate with Employment Legal, People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, and the wider People team.

• Foster relationships with business leaders and provide guidance in accordance with local employment practices and laws.

• Utilize performance and employee-relations data to influence manager training and address underperformance issues; deliver training as required.

• Manage or engage in special projects, programs, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Ensure prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and support requests from People Operations.

• Embrace AI and automation tools to enhance process efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a dynamic talent organization, preferably within a high-growth global technology firm.

• Strong understanding of employment law and the ability to apply it as a trusted HR advisor.

• Expertise in maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, leading projects, and managing change in a fast-paced work environment.

• Preferably experienced in supporting cross-functional global teams.

• Proven experience providing Employee Relations support and guidance during performance management processes.

• Experience in addressing policy violations.

• Ability to build trust, collaborate, and influence diverse work styles and personalities.

• Capacity to take ownership of outcomes and proactively tackle challenges.

• Skill in translating ambiguous priorities into actionable tasks and completing assignments with multiple inputs and deliverables.

• Highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.

• Ability to foster belonging, inclusion, and psychological safety.

• Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering high-quality service.

• Ability to effectively navigate sensitive, ambiguous, and complex issues in a fast-paced and challenging business setting.
