This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee Level 2/3 escalations and employee-related cases
β’ Act as a liaison for leave of absence cases between employees, managers, and Benefits subject matter experts
β’ Collaborate with managers and Payroll to guarantee timely and accurate completion of timecards while resolving any discrepancies
β’ Assist with dependent verification alongside the Benefits team
β’ Manage unemployment claims from initiation to resolution
β’ Work with Payroll and ADP to address manager inquiries concerning timecard completion
β’ Lead vendor management for the People team in Coupa, encompassing vendor onboarding, invoice/PO processing, and maintenance of vendor records
β’ Provide support to new hires during their initial week, respond to frequently asked questions, ensure paperwork completion, and audit data for US-based new hires
β’ Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee inquiries and issues
β’ Review audit reports and rectify discrepancies in HR systems and records
β’ Manage document handling and recordkeeping
β’ Assist in the drafting, tracking, and administration of workforce management letter agreements
β’ Identify and execute process improvements within People Operations, including documentation and RACI documents
β’ Collaborate with the internal GRC team to conduct monthly HITRUST audits
β’ Facilitate onboarding and employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
β’ 1β2 years of HR experience, including familiarity with leave of absence processes, ADA accommodations, and payroll/timecard procedures
β’ Solid understanding of FMLA, ADA, and unemployment claims processes
β’ Strong expertise in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail; capable of managing multiple concurrent cases and meeting competing deadlines
β’ Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to enhancing the employee experience
β’ Strong follow-through capabilities and the ability to resolve issues comprehensively in a fast-paced environment
β’ Proficiency in handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
β’ Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to partner efficiently with managers, employees, and cross-functional teams
β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
