This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +4 more countries.
• Oversee comprehensive HR support for employees across various countries, engaging directly with EOR and PEO providers in each location.
• Serve as the primary resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries across different markets.
• Spearhead HR automation and process enhancement projects from initial planning through implementation and user adoption.
• Manage employee support throughout the entire journey, from pre-boarding and onboarding to daily employee relations, contract modifications, and offboarding.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with EOR and PEO providers across different jurisdictions.
• Function as the main contact for HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general inquiries in each market.
• Lead or contribute significantly to People automation and process enhancement initiatives, including HRIS implementation/optimization, workflow automation, self-service tools, and document generation.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate, audit-ready employee records and HR data across various systems and countries.
• Recognize opportunities to standardize and automate repetitive HR tasks, thereby minimizing manual efforts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a People Operations specialist, with proven accountability for the complete employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience supporting employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions within a distributed or international organization.
• Direct, hands-on experience collaborating with EOR providers (e.g., Deel, Remote, Papaya Global, Oyster, Multiplier, or similar), including managing contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance matters.
• A successful history of leading or actively engaging in HR process automation and digitalization initiatives (HRIS implementation, workflow tools, self-service portals, or similar).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient with HRIS/HR technology tools (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob, Deel, Workday, or similar).
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and automation tools.
• Ability to collaborate during core hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8).
• Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8).
