This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Efficiently manage the entire payroll process in accordance with established standards and client specifications.
• Oversee and organize ticket queues utilizing relevant BI tools.
• Employ the hrX suite of tools for payroll execution and related tasks.
• Comprehend and interpret payslips while adhering to the payroll calendar.
• Recognize discrepancies from the standard service scope and facilitate opportunities for change requests.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care.
• Generate and comprehend standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end documentation.
• Review, validate data, and initiate necessary corrections.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and requests.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of SOC1 Controls.
• Uphold and apply established work instructions.
• Conduct transactions with third-party entities.
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions to colleagues.
• Contribute to the Root Cause Analysis process.
• Aid in system maintenance testing.
• Coordinate and resolve technical challenges.
• Stay updated on legislation, system enhancements, changes, and payroll procedures.
• Engage in designated payroll team projects.
• Proficient understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Adaptability to thrive in a global and fast-paced working environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and eager to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently, while adhering to established processes and procedures.
• BA/BS degree in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience combination.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits administration within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate setting.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems: Workday, SSFF, Oracle.
• Familiarity with ERP systems: SAP preferred, or alternatively A3 or PeopleSoft.
• Current and future work authorization in Poland without requiring visa sponsorship from Strada.
