Senior Payroll Analyst – Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in the transition of outsourced payroll functions to a centralized in-house team.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of end-to-end payroll processes for transparency and audit preparedness.

• Collaborate with Global Technology and HR teams to facilitate the shift to a global outsourced payroll system.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors.

• Provide expert knowledge on French payroll laws and regulations.

• Address data discrepancies and ensure compliance with local laws.

• Conduct historical reconciliations and integrate multiple legal entities into a cohesive in-house payroll operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in managing French payroll within complex, matrixed organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of French payroll legislation and experience with payroll transformation or system integration initiatives.

• Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management and navigating intricate payroll data to identify and mitigate risks.

• Proficiency in both French and English is essential to support cross-functional teams across the EMEA region.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
