This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Take full ownership of partner relationships as the dedicated account manager and primary point of contact for active reseller partners.
• Oversee commercial, technical, and executive relationships across a diverse portfolio of reseller partners.
• Achieve a year-over-year net-new revenue growth target while driving revenue expansion among partners.
• Develop, evaluate, and advance partner pipelines; inspect deals, eliminate obstacles, and uphold forecast accountability.
• Provide partner sales onboarding and continuous enablement for Trulioo's KYC, KYB, and AML solutions.
• Collaborate with partner representatives in front of prospects and clients to promote and finalize deals.
• Discover and pursue upsell opportunities within partners’ existing customer bases.
• Conduct recurring and executive quarterly business reviews and business assessments.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Management to ensure API integrations are current, functioning well, and aligned with Trulioo capabilities.
• Identify new use cases, product applications, and avenues for expansion within each partner.
• Advocate for partner requirements and market insights to the Product, Marketing, and GTM teams.
• Utilize AI and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational processes.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in partner success, channel account management, strategic account management, or partner/channel sales.
• Ideally, experience within fintech, SaaS, identity, fraud, or compliance solutions.
• Proven success in growing a partner or account portfolio and meeting revenue growth or expansion objectives.
• Hands-on experience in pipeline development and review, co-selling, sales enablement/training, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and upselling to existing customers.
• Experience managing technical, API-driven products.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and facilitate communication between commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Strong consultative relationship-building abilities at both practitioner and executive levels.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in using CRM and partner/customer management tools, including Salesforce and PRM platforms.
• Capability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment across North American time zones.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
