This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the complete partner relationship for a portfolio of active reseller partners.
• Act as the primary account manager and sole point of contact for partners’ commercial, technical, and executive teams.
• Carry a year-over-year revenue growth target for new net revenue across the portfolio.
• Develop, assess, and advance partner pipelines; conduct pipeline reviews, eliminate obstacles, and uphold forecast accountability.
• Provide partner sales onboarding and continuous enablement for KYC, KYB, and AML solutions.
• Collaborate with partner representatives to promote Trulioo, advance opportunities, and finalize deals.
• Recognize and drive upsell opportunities for existing clients of partners.
• Lead regular executive QBRs and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Management to ensure robust, up-to-date API integrations and address technical issues.
• Analyze partner businesses to uncover new use cases, product alignments, and paths for expansion.
• Advocate for partner requirements and market insights to Product, Marketing, and GTM teams.
• Implement AI-driven best practices for partner-success workflows, account planning, content creation, and knowledge sharing.
• A minimum of 7 years in partner success, channel account management, strategic account management, or partner/channel sales.
• Ideally, experience in fintech, SaaS, or identity/fraud/compliance solutions.
• Proven history of growing a portfolio of partners or accounts while achieving revenue growth or expansion goals.
• Practical experience in pipeline building and reviews, co-selling, sales enablement/training, QBRs, and upselling to an existing client base.
• Experience in managing relationships with technical, API-focused products.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and bridge the gap between commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Strong consultative relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in CRM and partner/customer management platforms, such as Salesforce and PRM systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment across North American time zones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
