This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the dedicated account manager and primary point of contact for active reseller partners, overseeing the partner relationship from start to finish.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of partners, handling commercial, technical, and executive relationships.
• Carry and meet a year-over-year target for net-new revenue growth.
• Develop, assess, and advance the Trulioo partner pipeline; evaluate deals, eliminate obstacles, and uphold forecast accountability.
• Provide partner sales onboarding and continuous enablement for KYC, KYB, and AML solutions.
• Collaborate with partner representatives to position Trulioo, progress opportunities, and finalize deals.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for existing clients of partners.
• Facilitate QBRs and regular executive business reviews.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Management to ensure robust and up-to-date API integrations while resolving any technical issues.
• Map out partner businesses to uncover new use cases, product alignments, and pathways for expansion.
• Advocate for partner needs and market insights internally to Product, Marketing, and GTM teams.
• Utilize AI and cutting-edge technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and workflow processes.
• Over 7 years of experience in partner success, channel account management, strategic account management, or partner/channel sales.
• Ideally experienced within fintech, SaaS, identity, fraud, or compliance solutions.
• Proven track record of growing partner or account portfolios and achieving revenue growth or expansion goals.
• Practical experience with pipeline development and review, co-selling, sales enablement/training, QBRs, and upselling to an existing clientele.
• Familiarity with managing technical, API-driven products and collaborating with technical teams.
• Capable of bridging the gap between commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Strong consultative skills for relationship building with both practitioners and executives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficient with CRM and partner/customer management tools, such as Salesforce and PRM platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment across North American time zones.
• Direct experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB/AML, or regulatory compliance solutions is a plus.
• Understanding of identity orchestration, risk decisioning, or onboarding platforms is desirable.
• Experience managing retention and expansion targets is a plus.
• Established network within fintech, banking, or digital commerce is advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the USA.
