This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant and passionate advocate for Clasp’s employer partners.
• Manage a portfolio of partners to generate enthusiasm, enhance alignment, and promote sustainable growth.
• Execute dynamic partner engagements utilizing storytelling, visuals, and real-life impact examples.
• Inquire about long-term objectives, hiring strategies, and industry changes to discover expansion possibilities.
• Stay well-versed in Clasp’s creative initiatives, talent fulfillment roadmap, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation to facilitate smooth launches from pre-sale to steady state.
• Assist partners with onboarding, scoping, and converting requirements into actionable plans.
• Provide training and change management support to encourage adoption and lasting impact.
• Evaluate partner metrics and feedback to pinpoint risks and opportunities.
• Present materials crafted by internal teams with authority and context.
• Function as a subject matter expert and reliable advisor.
• Conduct impactful business reviews and regular check-ins to boost partner satisfaction and amplify Clasp’s value.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Implementation, Product, Marketing, and Talent Fulfillment.
• Experience in account management, customer success, management consulting, or a similar client/customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify partner challenges and risks, and design effective solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to cultivate trust, understanding, and alignment across diverse groups.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Collaborative attitude with experience working across various departments to create cohesive strategies and implement cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving high-growth environment.
• Availability for remote work in the ET or CT time zones.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
