Senior Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Implement established marketing strategies with CSPs in South East Asia & India to enhance awareness and develop a regional pipeline.

• Collaborate with Regional CSP Alliance Managers, Channel Leads, and Marketing Leads from CSP and partner organizations to execute partner marketing initiatives.

• Activate global joint partner marketing strategies and campaigns throughout the region, coordinating with field marketing teams for local implementation.

• Ensure project execution is in line with campaign objectives, messaging, calls to action, distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metrics.

• Assist in strategic CSP-hosted and partner-facing events to stimulate demand for, with, and through channel partners.

• Oversee Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and associated CSP marketing programs.

• Work closely with South East Asia & India Channel Sales, Field Marketing, Global Partner Marketing, and the wider marketing team.

• Expand pipeline through partners and support 'to', 'through', and 'with' partner programs.

• Report directly to the Senior Lead, Partner Marketing APJ.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of Partner Marketing experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise technology companies within South East Asia & India.

• Proven track record in executing results-oriented partner marketing programs.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail for effective project management.

• Self-driven and skilled at working autonomously, with the capacity to communicate effectively with remote management.

• Expertise in converting marketing activities into quantifiable business impacts and outcomes.

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, and 6sense.
