This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage lifecycle campaigns from start to finish.
• Develop a cross-channel lifecycle strategy aligned with overarching business objectives.
• Create intricate workflows within Braze.
• Handle the final data science analytics for lifecycle campaigns.
• Design, implement, and assess Multi-Armed Bandit experiments.
• Enhance content, sending schedules, and offer distributions utilizing real-time user feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team on behavioral clustering and advanced segmentation models.
• Utilize RFM, predictive churn, and lifetime value modeling to craft personalized user experiences.
• Design, construct, test, and refine onboarding, activation, churn prevention, and dormancy recovery processes.
• Create custom attributes, event nesting, data infrastructure, and user journey edge cases.
• Oversee JIRA ticket structures, asset pipelines, and coordination of localization efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies among Product, Data Science, and Creative teams.
• Minimum of 4 years of focused lifecycle or growth marketing experience in a dynamic B2C setting.
• Strong foundational and practical understanding of data science methodologies.
• Familiarity with exploration versus exploitation concepts in Multi-Armed Bandits.
• Knowledge of clustering algorithms, such as k-means.
• Ability to measure statistical significance across ongoing algorithmic tests.
• Extensive hands-on technical expertise with enterprise CRM systems.
• Experience with Braze is highly preferred, including familiarity with Liquid personalization, Canvas, API triggers, and Connected Content.
• Solid background in marketing analytics.
• High level of proficiency with Tableau and Looker.
• Strong skills in spreadsheet modeling.
• Experience in navigating and managing JIRA-style ticketing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations Research, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• SQL and Python skills are advantageous.
