This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +1 more country.
• Manage a designated group of strategic partners.
• Create collaborative business plans that include pipeline targets, revenue objectives, go-to-market strategies, and executive sponsorship from partners.
• Act as the main point of responsibility for the success of portfolio partners.
• Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines through collaborative selling, joint marketing efforts, and account alignment.
• Identify key accounts for partner engagement.
• Assist in deal strategy and positioning.
• Eliminate obstacles in complex, multi-party transactions.
• Equip sales teams with partner messaging, playbooks, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to steer integration roadmap alignment and feature requirements driven by partners.
• Work with Marketing on product launches, field enablement, partner campaigns, and events.
• Coordinate with Finance and RevOps on forecasting, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Foster trusted relationships with partner executives and internal senior leadership.
• Represent the organization in executive briefings, partner quarterly business reviews, and industry events.
• Convey market trends, partner feedback, and competitive insights to the organization.
• Set success metrics for pipeline, revenue, adoption, and partner health.
• Maintain organized partner cadences, reporting, and internal alignment.
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities and act decisively.
• 5–9 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or enterprise business development.
• Proven track record in B2B software, SaaS, cloud, or platform companies.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with strategic partners.
• Experience working with hyperscalers or infrastructure providers.
• Familiarity with large ecosystem partners.
• A history of driving pipeline or revenue rather than merely managing relationships.
• Proficient in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong commercial instincts; understands the intricacies of closing deals.
• Executive presence with the capability to influence without direct authority.
• Highly organized, allowing for adaptability in uncertain situations.
• Effective communicator both internally and externally.
• Data-driven, process-oriented, and accountable.
