
Senior Partner Manager, Southern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +6 more countries.
• Establish and expand n8n’s Service Partner ecosystem throughout Southern Europe
• Identify, recruit, assess, and onboard consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, and digital agencies
• Cultivate relationships with senior partner stakeholders, founders, practice leads, sales, and delivery teams
• Design and implement partner onboarding, enablement, and certification programs
• Assist partners in developing n8n expertise, service offerings, and repeatable implementation capabilities
• Create playbooks, toolkits, templates, and resources reflecting best practices
• Promote partner education across technical, sales, and go-to-market tracks
• Enhance partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Develop joint account plans, co-selling strategies, and collaborative business plans
• Monitor partner performance, pipeline development, and revenue contribution
• Plan and execute joint campaigns, webinars, events, and regional initiatives
• Co-create French-language content and marketing strategies
• Represent n8n at partner, industry, and technology events
• Maintain partner engagement through ongoing communication, updates, and community initiatives
• Relay partner feedback internally to enhance programs, incentives, and product priorities
• Utilize partner performance data to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency
• Contribute regional insights to n8n’s global partner program
• Over 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within rapidly scaling SaaS or technology firms
• A minimum of 3 years working directly with service partners in a quota-carrying role
• Proficient in both French and English
• Strong understanding of the French technology and consulting landscape
• Established network or proven experience in cultivating relationships in Southern Europe
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and scaling consulting, agency, or systems integration partners
• Proven track record in managing partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced technology settings
• Skill in influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, AI, and automation
• Hands-on, data-driven, and results-oriented approach
• Experience with partner-involved deals in the €100K–€500K range (preferred)
• Familiarity with regional go-to-market strategies, partner sales enablement, account mapping, and field collaboration (preferred)
• Background in iPaaS, workflow automation, AI, developer tools, or technical SaaS (preferred)
• Experience with systems integrators and enterprises (preferred)
• Existing relationships with regional consulting, SI, agency, or technology partners (preferred)
• For candidates outside Germany, a valid right to work is required; visa sponsorship is available for Germany
