This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain regular, consistent communication with all HFPP Partners
• Ensure that assigned Partners are informed about and utilize HFPP membership benefits
• Gather Partner feedback and relay it to TTP and HFPP leadership
• Involve Partners in discussions regarding HFPP analytics
• Assist with the daily onboarding activities of partners
• Aid partners in completing data-sharing agreements
• Support the integration of data into the TTP Data Warehouse
• Contribute to HFPP and non-HFPP events
• Assist with CMS Trusted Third Party initiatives
• BA/BS degree in a healthcare field, business administration, criminal justice, or a related area
• Over 5 years of experience in customer service and/or as a customer liaison
• More than 5 years of experience in healthcare investigations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to management-level personnel
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security regulations
• Strong decision-making and organizational abilities
• Dedication to confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism
• Capacity to independently resolve issues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure
• Capability to work on complex projects with broad direction and limited supervision
• Proficiency in building effective relationships and showcasing strong interpersonal abilities
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Competence in achieving objectives in both team-oriented and independent settings
• No requirement for US citizenship
