Ambassador, Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, authorize, and onboard ambassador applicants based on brand alignment criteria.

• Oversee sample and seeding requests.

• Manage the tiered ambassador structure and associated rewards.

• Implement competitions, challenges, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns.

• Identify and cultivate high-performing ambassadors.

• Take ownership of the affiliate platform, including codes, tiers, records, and payouts.

• Reconcile monthly payouts with finance and address any attribution discrepancies.

• Handle all ambassador communications, including newsletters, promotions, and outreach efforts.

• Segment ambassador communications based on experience and tier levels.

• Conduct biweekly live educational sessions, managing scheduling, hosting, slide presentations, replays, and follow-ups.

• Provide training rooted in the clinical and ritual curriculum.

• Source, evaluate, pitch, and recruit influencers and affiliates.

• Maintain relationships with practitioner associations, conferences, and professional communities.

• Identify speaking and sponsorship opportunities for the Founder.

• Assist with TikTok Shop creator agency operations.

• Deliver monthly performance analyses and suggest improvements for test programs.

• Coordinate the annual ambassador retreat, managing guest lists, invitations, agenda logistics, and on-site support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in affiliate, ambassador, influencer, creator, or community management, preferably within wellness, supplements, beauty, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).

• Proven track record of reliable and consistent execution.

• Proficient with affiliate/referral platforms, TikTok Shop, and email/community management tools.

• Natural community facilitator; comfortable on camera and during live calls.

• Excellent organizational skills across tier systems, content calendars, and retreats.

• Coachable and effective communicator.

• Capable of delegating tasks efficiently.

• Genuine passion for natural health and wellness rituals.

• Preferred: health or nutrition qualifications, an existing practitioner network, event management experience, or proficiency in a second language.
