• Address the company's top-priority challenges, transforming ambiguous briefs into tangible results.

• Define issues, create strategic plans, implement initiatives, and present outcomes using quantitative data.

• Discover growth and revenue prospects across product development, market strategies, and partnerships.

• Construct business cases and actively seek out growth opportunities.

• Manage independent functions, verticals, or teams, including situations that require significant turnaround.

• Establish and staff functions, then either manage them or transition them to a more robust state.

• Attract top talent, set performance standards, and achieve results through others.

• Design scalable operational processes and oversee their execution in Bolter.

• Prioritize automating internal workflows within the company.

• Collaborate directly with the founding team as a versatile problem solver.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in high-growth tech companies, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or venture building, with demonstrable career advancement.

• Proven excellence across multiple domains, including building, repairing, and leading teams outside of one's original area of expertise.

• Experience managing teams of 10 or more, either directly or through cross-functional leadership.

• Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity and take full responsibility for results.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools in daily operations.
