This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of impactful analytics and reporting initiatives for EDU Partnerships, managing everything from defining business questions to analysis, delivery, enablement, and iteration.

• Oversee project planning and communication with stakeholders regarding analytics programs.

• Develop and enhance both internal and partner-facing data products, dashboards, reports, and narratives.

• Establish scalable sources of truth and create self-service resources that minimize repetitive manual tasks.

• Provide direct insights to partners, including business reviews, partner reporting, benchmarking, and impact analyses.

• Convert vague business inquiries into structured analytical approaches, metrics, definitions, and actionable recommendations.

• Recognize data limitations and communicate these issues clearly.

• Utilize SQL and contemporary data and BI tools to explore questions, verify results, create reusable reports, and enhance insight accessibility and reliability.

• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to improve Handshake’s embedded analytics experience.

• Incorporate feedback from EDU Success, Support, and partners to refine reporting priorities and user experiences.

• Align cross-functional teams on definitions, address data issues, identify dependencies, and enhance reporting processes.

• Present findings and recommendations to individual contributors, partner-facing teams, and senior leadership.

• Document analytical products, create guidelines, and assist in training or rollout activities.

• Contribute to a collaborative, inquisitive, and high-performing team environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, business operations, revenue or customer success operations, product operations, data products, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical judgment, with an understanding of data limitations and the ability to identify quality or methodology risks.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted analytics or workflow tools while upholding strong validation and analytical standards.

• Proficient SQL skills.

• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools for constructing, interpreting, troubleshooting, and enhancing reporting.

• Experience with Looker, Omni, Hex, BigQuery, or Matik is advantageous.

• Capability to manage analytical projects from discovery to delivery with minimal day-to-day guidance.

• Experience in gathering requirements, defining methodologies, managing stakeholders, and promoting adoption.

• Proven track record in building reusable dashboards, reporting frameworks, data products, or scalable decision-support solutions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.

• Ability to influence others without formal authority.

• Customer- and partner-focused mindset.

• Keen attention to detail and aptitude for prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguous problem spaces and creating structure in evolving processes or definitions.

• Experience in higher education, career education, SaaS, or a related partner-focused setting is a plus.

• Familiarity with Handshake products, EDU Partnerships, career services, student engagement, or higher education workflows is a bonus.

• Experience with partner-facing analytics, executive reporting, benchmarking, or business reviews is an added advantage.
