This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take charge of the strategy, performance, and enhancement of paid social campaigns for a portfolio dedicated to educational clients.
• Direct the Paid Social strategy and implementation across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other pertinent social platforms.
• Create audience strategies utilizing demographics, behaviors, interests, first-party data, and campaign goals.
• Construct, initiate, and refine prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-driven campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative teams on advertisement concepts, hooks, messaging, formats, and creative testing methodologies.
• Evaluate creative performance to pinpoint effective hooks, messages, visuals, and formats.
• Develop testing frameworks across audiences, creative elements, messaging, placements, and campaign structures.
• Keep track of CPM, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CPA/CPL, and ROAS.
• Recognize creative fatigue and suggest new concepts and variations.
• Convert campaign and creative performance data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with Analytics and Account Services on tracking, reporting, and attribution efforts.
• Remain updated on platform enhancements, advertisement formats, audience targeting capabilities, and trends in paid social.
• Collaborate with Account Services, Analytics, Creative, and Paid Media teams.
• Engage in introductory, Paid Search, team, and leadership interviews.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social, preferably in an agency or multi-account setting.
• Strong proficiency in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or comparable systems.
• Proven track record in managing performance-driven paid social campaigns with substantial budgets.
• Deep understanding of audience development, creative strategy, and conversion-oriented advertising.
• Demonstrated capability to identify what enhances creative performance and translate those insights into new testing initiatives.
• Experience in developing and overseeing structured creative and audience testing programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to link creative and audience performance to business results.
• Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation, inquiries, applications, enrollments, donations, or other conversion-centric objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA/CPL, and ROAS metrics.
• Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple accounts and campaigns concurrently.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
