This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assume accountability for marketing performance analytics and pinpoint areas for optimization.
• Offer innovative ideas to steer campaigns towards quantifiable outcomes and increased conversions.
• Utilize GA4 or Mixpanel to create clear dashboards and track essential metrics.
• Examine and enhance user funnels to foster growth.
• Guide and challenge the external marketing agency.
• Lead paid acquisition efforts across various digital platforms.
• Enhance discoverability through SEO and refine brand and product visibility for AI search models and LLMs.
• Formulate email marketing strategies.
• Design automated email journeys for onboarding, trial conversions, and retention purposes.
• Oversee regular email campaigns.
• Cultivate enduring relationships between UJAM and its global creator community.
• Several years of robust experience in data-driven online marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing.
• Ideally, experience within a B2C SaaS, e-commerce, or software setting.
• Profound understanding of analytics tools such as GA4 and Mixpanel.
• Expertise in funnel analysis and conversion rate optimization.
• Practical experience with A/B testing, structured hypotheses, and conversion experiments.
• Solid foundation in SEO principles.
• Awareness of how LLMs and AI search engines identify and recommend brands and products.
• Proven success in managing ad campaigns and assessing performance metrics.
• Background in operational email marketing, including setup, segmentation, scheduling, and automation.
• Strong marketing copywriting abilities focused on generating clicks and conversions.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Good command of German is advantageous.
• Must be based in and working from Europe.
• Nice to have: experience in the music industry or an existing network in the audio/music-tech sector.
• Nice to have: enthusiasm for music creation, such as using a DAW.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Holacracy or similar organizational frameworks.
• Nice to have: understanding of standard e-commerce and webshop structures.
