Senior Paid Search Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement SEM strategies that align with client goals.

• Perform keyword research and conduct competitive analysis.

• Create and oversee campaign budgets and forecasts.

• Formulate testing roadmaps and enhance clients’ SEM initiatives.

• Collaborate with the team to develop Quarterly Business Reports.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new technologies.

• Create, fine-tune, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.

• Craft and optimize ad copy to enhance click-through rates.

• Set up and refine landing pages for improved conversion rates.

• Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques.

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Produce regular KPI and campaign effectiveness reports.

• Offer insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

• Engage with clients regarding their business goals and objectives.

• Present campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations to clients.

• Address client questions and concerns.

• Suggest and implement new strategies and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Demonstrated experience (typically 5+ years) in managing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.

• Certification in Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms.

• Experience in a Marketing Agency is required.

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in leadership and team management.

• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

• Must reside in the USA.

• Cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
