This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance paid media campaigns for clients in various sectors on platforms such as Google, Bing, Meta, and other advertising networks, ensuring alignment with their defined paid media objectives.
• Track the performance pace of paid media initiatives to guarantee optimal delivery without under or over-exceeding targets.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of paid campaigns to formulate and execute strategies aimed at continuous performance enhancement.
• Monitor and report on the performance metrics of paid marketing initiatives.
• Clearly convey campaign outcomes and any strategic modifications to stakeholders.
• Perform and relay competitive research for clients, devising and implementing strategies to position them advantageously against their competitors.
• Offer insights on landing page improvements and strategies to boost paid media effectiveness.
• Guide junior team members through mentorship.
• Share knowledge and expertise across all utilized ad-serving platforms with the Paid Media team.
• Work alongside the Paid Media Manager to pinpoint inefficiencies within the processes and strategies of the Paid Media team.
• Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and lead training sessions for the Paid Media team and host office hours.
• Onboard new employees to ensure they can effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Media, preferably in a dynamic marketing agency environment.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with AdPulse and Optmyzer is preferred.
• Practical experience with ad management tools and performance-driven campaigns is essential.
• Background in creating performance presentations, conducting A/B and multivariate testing, and data analysis to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with competing priorities.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both internally and externally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
