Senior Paid Media Manager – SEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee SEA campaigns for a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.

• Create and manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Provide clients with insights and advice regarding their SEA performance.

• Design and execute tracking strategies utilizing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

• Assist clients with technical inquiries.

• Offer additional support for paid social media campaigns, including those on Meta and LinkedIn.

• Discover cross-channel opportunities and identify key growth drivers for clients.

• Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams to develop innovative solutions.

• Aid the team in addressing complex SEA-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SEA.

• Ideally possesses experience in both B2B and B2C sectors, managing both small and large budgets.

• Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including text ads, display ads, Shopping and Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing.

• Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Data Studio; experience with Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.

• Profound understanding of online marketing principles.

• Experience in consulting with clients.

• Strong dedication to quality and a focus on fostering long-term client success.

• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in client engagements.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Experience with server-side tracking or API-driven solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge of paid social media, including Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, is an advantage.
