Senior Paid Media Expert – Google Ads, Meta Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Grasp clients’ business goals and the specific search terms they aim to target across Google and social media platforms.

• Utilize industry tools and AI to develop and refine campaigns.

• Conduct initial keyword research and suggest viable options.

• Execute account audits to ensure optimal performance.

• Design account and campaign frameworks.

• Set up and configure client accounts, including settings, campaigns, advertisements, extensions, and conversion tracking.

• Monitor adherence to established budgets on a daily basis.

• Regularly organize and filter search terms for Google Ads.

• Enhance social media campaigns for better engagement.

• Continually analyze ad and keyword effectiveness.

• Offer recommendations to boost account performance, including insights on landing pages.

• Generate performance reports to track progress.

• Communicate results to account managers and propose strategies to enhance their performance, including additional Bridge Media services.

• Occasionally engage in meetings with potential clients.

• Stay informed about best practices in the industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational diploma, certificate, or master’s degree (preferably in marketing or communications).

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing Google and Meta advertising.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

• Strong knowledge of basic computer tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive).

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, independent, and responsible.

• Possess a leadership mindset and strategic thinking abilities.

• Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Capable of listening to, understanding, and summarizing client requirements.

• Preferred qualifications include Google Ads certifications (Search, Measurement, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta certification.
