Senior Paid Ads Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee paid advertising initiatives on LinkedIn and Meta.

• Design, launch, and optimize campaigns from inception daily.

• Accurately segment Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and create, test, and refine Custom, Lookalike, and Matched Audiences.

• Craft persona-specific messaging tailored for each ad set.

• Calculate and oversee budgets, frontloading, and bidding strategies.

• Track and enhance Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

• Conduct weekly ad account evaluations with the team.

• Write headlines and body copy in both German and English.

• Implement systematic A/B testing for copy, creative elements, and Calls to Action (CTAs).

• Develop KPI dashboards.

• Manage conversion tracking, UTM structures, and lead attribution.

• Coordinate setup, quality assurance, and campaign launches.

• Document insights after each test and ensure scalable campaign frameworks.

• Handle your own client portfolio and serve as a strategic partner for B2B clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on paid advertising on LinkedIn or Meta.

• Practical experience in launching campaigns—not just analyzing reports.

• Knowledge of the cost factors influencing lead generation and the capability to identify and enhance them.

• Organized, data-driven work methodology.

• Openness to critically examine assumptions.

• Strong enthusiasm for LinkedIn and Meta platforms.

• Proficiency in writing headlines and body copy in German and English.

• Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, or automations via Zapier; not mandatory.
