This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee organizational change management and business readiness efforts for a significant digital modernization project.
• Formulate and implement change strategies related to processes, technologies, digital services, and AI-driven methodologies.
• Perform assessments on change impact and stakeholder preparedness.
• Create communication and engagement plans.
• Prepare executive briefings and change documentation.
• Organize training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Facilitate user adoption, manage resistance, ensure deployment readiness, support go-live, hypercare, transition to operations, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Work collaboratively with project leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, operational teams, subject matter experts, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to responsibly utilize approved AI and Generative AI tools for communication, training development, stakeholder analysis, knowledge management, readiness reporting, and change initiatives.
• Ensure AI-generated outputs undergo review for accuracy, privacy, security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Assist in the adoption of digital services that cater to citizens.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Minimum of 7 years in developing and executing change management strategies.
• At least 7 years of experience in creating effective communication materials and engaging stakeholders.
• Minimum of 7 years leading OCM initiatives for organizational or digital transformation projects.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience functioning as an Organizational Change Manager on relevant projects.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing citizen services portals or similar digital platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing services.
• At least 5 years of experience with relevant project/change methodologies.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering communications, presentations, executive briefings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Experience in creating and providing training, knowledge transfer materials, user guides, job aids, FAQs, and learning resources.
• Familiarity with business readiness, adoption, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and operational transitions.
• Proven ability to identify and manage change risks, resistance, impacts, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience using AI and Generative AI tools in change management, communications, training, readiness, reporting, or knowledge management.
• Ability to assess and validate AI-generated content for accuracy, privacy, security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Strong skills in building relationships with leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, SMEs, and vendors.
• Must be able to work remotely from within Canada.
• Agile certification and Prosci Change Management certification/designation are advantageous.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
