This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver change management, business readiness, communication, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption, and AI enablement services for the Consumer Licensing Enquiry Outreach (CLEO) initiative.
• Create, maintain, and implement integrated Business Readiness and Organizational Change Management strategies that align with project scope, milestones, releases, and deployments.
• Determine readiness requirements, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, organizational impacts, and risks linked to new technologies and AI-enabled processes.
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and carry out assessments on change impact, stakeholder readiness, and organizational preparedness.
• Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies, including materials, briefings, presentations, updates, executive reporting content, FAQs, and knowledge resources.
• Formulate and sustain CLEO training methodologies while overseeing user guides, instructor-led content, quick reference guides, job aids, process documentation, FAQs, learning resources, and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate training planning, scheduling, logistics, delivery, workshops, demonstrations, knowledge transfer, and awareness sessions.
• Create strategies for user adoption and sustained operational use of CLEO and its associated digital capabilities.
• Assist leaders, managers, and subject matter experts in preparing users for new processes, technologies, and approved AI-enabled methodologies.
• Oversee deployment readiness, go-live, stabilization, transition to operations, hyper-care, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Track readiness indicators and offer recommendations regarding risks, adoption challenges, mitigation needs, and enhancement opportunities.
• Provide status updates and engage in governance forums, steering committee briefings, readiness reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting sessions.
• Maintain change management documentation, training materials, communication resources, and project records.
• Utilize approved AI-assisted tools where applicable, ensuring human oversight, accountability, privacy, security, accessibility, accuracy, and compliance.
• Senior-level experience in Organizational Change Management is inferred by the role title, although no specific years of experience are mandated.
• Proven experience in developing and executing organizational change management and business readiness strategies.
• Proficient in conducting stakeholder impact and readiness assessments.
• Experience in crafting communications, engagement strategies, presentations, executive reporting content, FAQs, and knowledge resources.
• Skilled in developing and coordinating training, knowledge transfer, workshops, demonstrations, and learning materials.
• Familiarity with supporting user adoption, deployment readiness, go-live, transition to operations, hyper-care, stabilization, and continuous improvement activities.
• Understanding of change-related risks, issues, resistance factors, mitigation strategies, and project RAID processes.
• Capacity to operate within the Government of Alberta’s project management, organizational change management, responsible AI, privacy, security, accessibility, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to identify and effectively utilize approved Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI tools.
• Competence in reviewing AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, quality, privacy, security, accessibility, completeness, relevance, and alignment with business objectives and government standards.
• Skilled in preparing status reports, dashboards, readiness metrics, governance materials, and project documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with business, technical, operational, vendor, leadership, and subject matter expert stakeholders.
