Senior Organisation Design – Job Architecture Specialist

📋 Description

• Spearhead organizational design projects across various functions, business units, or regions.

• Convert business strategy into organizational design alternatives that encompass structure, reporting lines, governance, accountabilities, decision rights, and team interactions.

• Collaborate with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Management, Rewards, and transformation teams.

• Perform organizational diagnostics utilizing data and feedback from stakeholders.

• Offer expert advice on operating model design, job architecture, role creation, governance frameworks, organizational layers, and management structures.

• Create organizational design principles, templates, toolkits, and facilitation methodologies.

• Assist in transformation, restructuring, growth, and efficiency efforts through organizational design decisions and implementation plans.

• Leverage workforce, capability, cost, and activity data to inform organizational design choices.

• Remain updated on best practices in organizational design, operating model trends, organizational effectiveness techniques, and external benchmarks.

• Report to Nexperia’s Global Head of Talent and collaborate with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 8–10 years of pertinent experience in organizational design, organizational effectiveness, or related HR transformation roles.

• Proven experience leading intricate organizational design or operating model projects within matrixed, multinational, or large organizations.

• Knowledge of strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, headcount modeling, scenario planning, skills gap analysis, job architecture, and organizational effectiveness methodologies.

• Capability to influence senior stakeholders and distill complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

• Experience collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and senior business leaders.

• Advanced analytical abilities.

• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HR systems, workforce planning tools, and data visualization platforms.

• Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or people analytics platforms is advantageous.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.

• Strategic mindset, analytical judgment, consulting and facilitation skills, stakeholder influence, change leadership, and a systems-oriented perspective.
