Senior Oracle Lease Accounting Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation and support of Oracle Lease Accounting projects.

• Collect and assess functional requirements in collaboration with business teams.

• Assist in the functional design of solutions that align with business objectives.

• Configure and establish Oracle Lease Accounting.

• Work on financial and accounting processes associated with lease contract management.

• Ensure adherence to IFRS 16 processes and regulations.

• Prepare and conduct functional and integration tests, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Aid in data migration, loading, and validation tasks.

• Analyze incidents and provide follow-up support.

• Create functional documentation, test scenarios, and user procedures.

• Assist during the go-live phase and support the stabilization of solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance, Accounting, IT, and key-user groups.

• Identify and recommend enhancements to optimize lease accounting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Lease Accounting.

• Strong understanding of IFRS 16.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials.

• Knowledge of financial and accounting processes.

• Experience in functional testing, SIT, UAT, and incident management.

• Proficient in gathering requirements and developing functional designs.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish is required.

• Intermediate English skills are preferred.
