Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of accounting routines for clients within specified deadlines.

• Collaborate directly with assigned clients to comprehend their actual needs instead of merely reacting to isolated requests.

• Maintain a holistic understanding of the client’s business to effectively deliver the necessary support beyond immediate inquiries.

• Manage Real Profit taxation and Differentiated Tax Treatment where necessary.

• Foster clear, proactive, and organized communication both internally and with clients.

• Ensure the precise and consistent execution of fundamental daily tasks prior to advancing to more complex responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Background in an accounting firm setting.

• Current professional accounting registration (CRC).

• Familiarity with the Domínio system, especially its Accounting modules (preferred).

• Knowledge of Real Profit taxation and Differentiated Tax Treatment (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of the client’s business.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting a proactive attitude without becoming complacent.
